StrayUrban

Photography

I began StrayUrban Photography after many years of working as head photographer in a marketing team producing high quality images for advertising and editorial publications.  Although this allowed me to learn on the job, and certainly ignited my passion for photography, I reached a point where I was itching to expand my exposure to more varied situations.

Until recently, I had to unleash my creativity in my own time, surrounded by my young family with all its joys and demands.  Being largely self-taught means I have spent countless hours over the years researching and experimenting (thanks to the digital age!) and have subjected my friends and family as subjects in the pursuit of my education.

I love to travel and enjoy the variances in light and landscape from coast to country; and even more, I love the people and their stories that enable me to better understand about life and human nature and endeavour.
